Membership is for the period from September 1st to March 31st

1. Autumn to Spring Membership will be deemed completed once payment has been made.

2. I agree to share form responses with Bar Hill Tennis Club (the Club) for the purpose of completing the Membership.

3. I grant the Club permission to securely hold contact and personal details for the sole purpose of allowing the Club to communicate with me or other members in relation to the Club's activities or Membership matters.  The Club will not share personal details with any 3rd parties or Club without permission being granted using the "Contact Us" page.

4. The Club and its Committee accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or costs incurred during attendance at the courts. Particular care is to be taken to ensure that during inclement weather, the courts are suitable for play. 

5. All play must be undertaken in line with current Government Covid -19 guidance and you must follow any guidelines displayed on the Courts.
