1. Under the lights booking only will be deemed completed once payment has been made.
2. I agree to share my form responses with Bar Hill Tennis & Pickleball Club (the Club) for booking purposes. I grant Bar Hill Tennis & Pickleball Club (the Club) permission to securely hold my contact and personal details until the session booked, is completed.
3. The Club will not share personal details with any 3rd parties or Club Members without permission being granted using the "Contact Us" page.
4. The Club and Committee accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or costs incurred during attendance at the courts. Particular care should be taken to ensure that during inclement weather, the courts are suitable for play.
5. All play must be undertaken in line with current Government Covid -19 guidance and you must follow any guidelines displayed on the Courts.
